Description
The Balance Angle Feedback Unit is an ancillary for use with Three-Component Balance and VDAS® together to measure and record the angluar position of models mounted on the balance in subsonic wind tunnels. It is supplied as standard. It is an optional ancillary to itself an optional ancillary to the wind tunnel. AFA4 mounts on the Three Component Balance attached to the wind tunnel. It transmits the rotational angle of the model to Versatile Data Acquisition System VDAS®, not included. The angle of the model can be logged on a suitable computer (not included) along with other captured experimental data. Note: the Angle Feedback Unit can only be used with the Three-Component Balance and VDAS®. The unit is supplied with an input board for VDAS®.
