Anti-emulsification
is the ability of oil to resist mixing with water to form an emulsion.

Anti-emulsification,
also known as demulsification, refers to the time it takes for the emulsion to
stand still at a certain temperature and the oil and water to be completely
separated. The shorter the time, the greater the anti-emulsification. The better
the performance.

Different
oils and synthetic fluids require different anti-emulsification properties
based on their functions; we can use different oils according to different
needs after passing tests.
