This instrument adopts industrial control
computer system combining a colored touched type LCD to form an advanced full
automatic micro carbon residue detection system. It can command every parts to
run concertedly according to preset procedure. It can receive balance data; can
automatically control the testing process according to standard requirements.
It can make the temperature in coke chamber constant at 500℃±2℃ at a heating rate of 10℃~15℃. It can change the flow rate of nitrogen
according to standard automatically. It can do each step according to timing
sequence automatically and having alarms to prompt. Also the temperature rising
curve will be shown on the screen timely. The system can collect the test data,
calculate the test result automatically. It can save and print the data at
operator’s will. This instrument is designed all English interface. All
parameters and working conditions can be shown on the screen, which is
convenient to use and easy to operate. The operator can operate the instrument
normally with a few simple touch actions until the test report is displayed.
