Function:
1. The iron instrument is mainly
used to detect the metal particles in the oil sample extracted from the
cylinder friction oil.
2. It is consistent with ASTM
D8120 standard test method for iron chip quantification.
3. PF100 provides a simple and
easy to use platform.
4. This instrument is a
high-precision and reliable instrument independently developed.
5. The instrument can easily test
and analyze oil samples, for example, complete laboratory analysis can be
carried out on board or in remote areas.
6. PF100 is a precision
magnetometer suitable for field application.
Analysis Method:
Put the 5ML test tube with sample
directly on the sample hole of the instrument, and its metal content (PPM) will
be displayed on the screen in less than 2 seconds. Use in cooperation with the
c old corrosion test kit to obtain a vessel cylinder oil total iron measuring
iron wear gauge.
