Description

The sample will be cycled for 1064 hours in a closed system consisting of a reservoir, a water pump, a radiator and a rubber tube at a certain temperature and flow rate. Its corrosion resistance is determined by the weight loss of typical metal test pieces used by the engine cooling system in the reservoir and the state of the inner surface of each component. The variation in the performance of the sample is determined by the periodic analysis of the sample taken from the system during the test cycle. The simulated service tester is suitable for engine coolant concentration and engine coolant.

Technical Parameters:

1. Applicable standards of simulated service tester: ASTM D2570, SH/T0088

2. Liquid flow: 1.3 -1.6 l/s

3. Heating method: winding heating belt

4. Working time: 1064 hours

5. Temperature control mode: digital PID thermostat

6. Total power: 3.5KW

7. Temperature control range: 88±2

8. Timing mode: by digital display timer

9. Working pressure: 80 ~ 103kpa pressure gauge display

10. Working power supply: AC220V/50HZ

Performance Characteristics:

1. Standard metal test piece, composed of six pieces in a group, a total of three groups.

2. Winding heater, heat evenly.

3. Gray cast iron reservior contains silicon 3.2%, silicon 1.8%, manganese 0.75%, in line with standard requirements.

4. Aluminum radiator.

5. Automobile special aluminum pump test cycle.

6. The upper part of the radiator is equipped with a heat-resistant glass observation window.

7. There is a thermometer jack on the reservior to correct the temperature.

8. The brass bracket can be installed three groups of test pieces.

9. Microcomputer temperature controller, digital display, accuracy ±2 PT100 sensor.
