Put the grease sample into the
ball bearings, and then loaded the bearings into bearing holder which has the
specified clearance requirements and roll the holder at the speed of
600r/min±30r/min. To spray the water (under the temperature of 38C or 79C) to
the bearing holder at the rate of 5mL/s+0.5mL/s and to measure the water
resistant ability by the grease volume washed out by the water within 60 min.

All-in-one structure, the instrument shell is
made of refined steel plate and coated with glaze, very durable.

The test bearing chamber and shell are in full
compliance with the standard method requirements.

Stainless steel water tank with inlet and out of
water pipes, aluminum bearing rooms, copper chrome cycle pump, 1/4 HP motor.
·
Stainless steel heater.
·
The temperature controller of the instrument is
integrated with control and display, and equipped with microprocessor for PID
adjustment

Unique design, you can start the pump
circulation system independently without starting the test shaft.
·
Fixed speed motor, no need to speed regulation,
the speed is 600rpm.

Accurately control the test temperature of 38℃
and 79℃
according to ASTM D1264.

The improved connecting shaft rod can quickly
disassemble and assemble the test bearing, inner and outer baffle plate easily.
